CANCELLATION POLICY

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, We request as much notice as possible. If you cancel/reschedule within the 48 hour mark, you will forfeit any deposit and be charged 50% of your services.

 

NO SHOW POLICY

If you no show your appointment you will be required to pay 50% of your missed appointment & will forfeit any deposit. It will be required to pay a rebooking fee to schedule your next appointment.

 

LATE POLICY

Guests who are late will need to be flexible about what can be offered during their time window. With a late start we may need to adjust your services. Guests who arrive more than 30 minutes late will not be serviced & forfeit any deposit made.
